Collage Items

Any mirror or collage product that is not to your liking will be refunded minus the shipping and handling charges if returned in the same condition as shipped.

Counted Cross Stitch

Counted cross stitch items are not returnable unless we have erred in the processing of your order. In which case they may returned within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as shipped. Opened counted crosstitch items are not returnable!
